Robert Cornett is a Senior Reliability Engineer with extensive experience in predictive maintenance, condition monitoring, and system optimization. With over three decades at Kimberly Clark Corp., he has held roles as a Vibration Analyst and Maintenance Technician, leading cross-functional teams, conducting root-cause analysis, and implementing reliability improvements. Skilled in vibration analysis, ultrasonic testing, infrared thermography, and project management, he specializes in troubleshooting, failure mode analysis, and spare parts optimization. Cornett holds an Associate’s degree in Industrial Engineering and is a certified Vibration Analyst.
Kyle Hester
Kyle Hester is an experienced Condition Monitoring Specialist with a strong background in mechanical and electrical maintenance, specializing in vibration analysis, predictive maintenance, and reliability engineering. Currently working at Valmet, he monitors industrial equipment, conducts analysis, generates reports, and provides training on vibration monitoring systems. With prior experience at Kimberly Clark as both a Condition Monitoring Analyst and Millwright, he has extensive expertise in diagnostics, ODS testing, thermal imaging, laser alignment, and troubleshooting. Holding multiple certifications, including Vibration Analysis CAT I-III and Ultrasound Level 1, Hester is dedicated to continuous learning and advancing predictive maintenance technologies.
